DUBAI, 04 OCTOBER 2024 – PETRODIVE and Seatech Engineering Maintenance SDN BHD officially announced the signing of a commercial collaboration agreement (CCA). This agreement aims to strengthen the partnership between the two organizations in advancing commercial diving operations in Sabah, Malaysia.
The CCA was formally signed by Stéphane Troté, PETRODIVE’s CEO, and Jérôme Grandchamp, the Managing Director of Seatech Engineering Maintenance SDN BHD.
PETRODIVE has highlighted that the primary goal of this agreement is to contribute to the oil and gas development efforts in the Sabah region through cooperation with various stakeholders.
PETRODIVE’s operational focus spans across Africa and South America. Stéphane Troté, PETRODIVE’s CEO, emphasized, “The signing of this agreement signals a new phase in expanding PETRODIVE’s commercial diving activities in the Asia Pacific region.”
Jérôme Grandchamp, the Managing Director of Seatech Engineering Maintenance SDN BHD, added, “This new CCA is in line with our strategic vision of enhancing our pipeline and subsea capabilities in the region to meet the current industry requirements and the expected larger projects in the future.”
To accomplish their objectives, both parties will establish a consultative framework to collaboratively develop underwater operations for the benefit of the state and the nation.
